Jiu-Jitsu is about problem-solving, confidence, resilience, and personal growth, not just physical strength. We offer classes for both children and adults, creating an environment where everyone can learn at their own pace and feel supported on and off the mats.
Our gym is a safe and welcoming space for people from all walks of life to come together, challenge themselves, and grow as individuals through Jiu-Jitsu.
We offer Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) classes for children and adults. Jiu-Jitsu focuses on technique, control, confidence, and problem-solving, making it suitable for a wide range of ages and abilities.
Our programme includes beginner-friendly classes that build strong foundations, as well as more structured classes that focus on technical development, fitness, and self-defence. We also offer a dedicated kids competition class for students who have developed their basic skills and wish to train more seriously for competition, with an emphasis on advanced techniques, strategy, and preparation.
All classes are taught in a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment, with clear pathways for those training for personal growth as well as those interested in competition.
Our 4–6 year old classes are centred around fun, movement, coordination, and confidence, using games and simple drills to introduce basic Jiu-Jitsu concepts in a safe and positive environment.
Our 6–12 year old classes build on these foundations by teaching fundamental Jiu-Jitsu techniques while developing discipline, focus, respect, and resilience.
We also offer a kids competition class for students who have developed their basic skills and wish to take Jiu-Jitsu more seriously. This class focuses on advanced techniques, strategy, and competition-specific training in a supportive and structured setting.
Our 13+ classes combine teens and adults, focusing on technical Jiu-Jitsu, fitness, and self-defence, with optional pathways into competition for those who are interested.
Yes! We offer a week free trial for our classes. Contact us and we can help you with this step. Alternatively, just show up to your chosen class of interest and we can assist you from there.
Hygiene is taken very seriously and is important to ensure the safety of all of our members. Please ensure when you show up to our classes that you and your equipment/clothing is clean.
It is recommended that you bring along the following items:
- Water Bottle.
- Appropriate clothes for fitness / class uniform.
- Clean and cut finger nails.
- Good attitude ready for learning.
- Compact towel.
- Slip on shoes e.g. jandals / slides (for wearing off the gym mats).
